VACATION SHOOTS

Mostly, I work through an international booking agency based in the U.S. that co-ordinate destination photo-shoots for international travelers from anywhere in the world coming to vacation here in Cape Town.

 

Mostly these are family’s or groups of close friends who want to have beautiful images of themselves all together with the most scenic backdrops and natural wonders Cape Town has to offer. Without a photographer there is inevitably one member of the group missing who is taking the photo’s (using a cell phone or an amateur camera) so this is really a worthwhile investment considering the overall cost of an international holiday.

 

Traveller’s often request specific spots they have in mind such as the Bo-Kaap, Signal Hill, our stunning beaches, visiting the penguin’s, Chapman’s peak and so on. Based on where they are staying I will suggest location’s as well and togther we will decide on a route and the hour’s needed.

 

In the course of the shoot I also discuss the history and culture of South Africa related to these locations. As time is a limiting factor to how many locations we can fit in according to the budget of the group, I also provide a list of suggested must-see places for the remainder of your time here as well as other recommendations such as the best places to enjoy our local cuisine and recreational activities available within an hour’s drive.

I strive to deliver fully edited images within a 36 hour window of the shoot. These are supplied via an online gallery where you are able to download them at any time, any place or share links to the online gallery to your friends and family back home.
